When creating an account through PH444, you must submit information that is accurate, complete and up to date. False, misleading or incomplete details may breach these Terms and could lead to account review, suspension or closure.

• Each person may maintain only one account. Creating or operating duplicate accounts, including accounts connected through the same device, IP address or payment details, is not allowed.
• The mobile number and email address linked to your account must belong to you and remain accessible to you. Do not register contact details that belong to another person.

• A withdrawal must meet the applicable turnover and bonus requirements before it can be processed. If a bonus is still active, its balance may remain unavailable until the relevant conditions are completed.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment details belonging to the account holder. Using another person's bank or payment account, or allowing several users to share one payment account, is not permitted.

• You may also request to close your account at any time. Any remaining eligible balance will be returned in line with the applicable account review and withdrawal requirements.
• An account that remains inactive for 12 consecutive months may be charged a monthly inactivity fee, where applicable under the current terms.
